This Short-Term Rental Property Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Stay in Cashel (“Host” or “we”) and the guest (“Guest” or “you”) for the rental of the property located at Cashel (the “Property”).

1. Rental Period

   1.1. The rental period begins at 3pm and ends at 12am, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2. Rental Fees and Payment

   2.1. The Guest agrees to pay the rental fee as specified in the booking confirmation.

   2.2. Payment can be made through the platform or method specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Security Deposit

   3.1. A security deposit may be required to cover any damages, losses, or additional charges that may occur during the rental period.

   3.2. The security deposit will be refunded within 2-3 days after the end of the rental period, less any deductions for damages or additional charges.

4. House Rules and Responsibilities

   4.1. The Guest agrees to abide by all house rules and guidelines provided by the Host, including but not limited to noise restrictions, occupancy limits, and smoking policies.

   4.2. The Guest is responsible for the cleanliness and care of the Property during their stay.

   4.3. Any damage or loss of Property items caused by the Guest will be the Guest’s responsibility and may be deducted from the security deposit.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   5.1. Cancellation policies are as specified in the booking confirmation. Please be advised that all short-term bookings (less than 7 days) are non-refundable. Once confirmed, these reservations cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

6. Liability

   6.1. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay. The Guest is responsible for their safety and that of their party.

   6.2. The Host is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.

7. Termination of Stay

   7.1. The Host reserves the right to terminate the Guest’s stay if the Guest violates these terms and conditions or engages in disruptive or illegal activities.

8. Insurance

   8.1. The Guest is encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations, personal injuries, and property damage.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

10. Entire Agreement

    10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Host and the Guest and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

    By booking and confirming the reservation, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
